The services hereby detailed will be rendered by the Accommodation Service and will commit to the following statements:

  • Confirming or rejecting 90 percent of booking petitions for private rooms in less than 24 hours, as long as a there is no need of intervention by the Board of Directors.
  • Changing the bed clothes weekly if the guest stays for over 7 days, or as often as required by the guest.
  • Cleaning of the student accommodation rooms at least twice a week.
  • Mailing 80 percent of the requested bills in less than two working days.1)
  • Publishing the list of prices on their websites in less than seven days since their publication in the UGR price catalogue.
  • Confirming or rejecting 80 percent of booking petitions for private rooms in less than 24 hours, as long as a there is no need of intervention by the Board of Directors.
  • Providing the client, as soon as he/she arrived to the builiding, a folder with information about the rules of the centre, about the cultural activities of the University and about the touristic activities of the city.
  • Answering 95 percent of complaints in less than 10 days since their arrival.
