  • Quality Policy

The Servicio de Residencias y Colegio Mayor (Halls of Residences Service) is the UGR organization unit in charge of accommodating the guests and students of the University of Granada who wish to benefit from this service.

The Board of this Service, due to its growing commitment to improve the quality of all our activities in order to fulfill the needs of our users, has implemented a Quality Management System based on the ISO regulations adapted to the Spanish legislation, particularly the UNE-EN ISO 9001.

The following aims have therefore been set:

  • To offer an excellence accommodation service to our Guests and Students, whichever may their nationality be, so that the UGR can see its accommodation needs fulfilled.
  • To boost the art and culture by offering our non-private areas to perform activities of such nature, as long as they are related to the University and the Society.
  • To meet the legal, statutory, contractual and Service/UGR-imposed requirements so as to fulfill the needs and expectations of our clients.
  • To ensure the participation and professionality of all our staff in the seek of our improvement and the fulfillment of these aims.
  • To use new technologies in the managemente of processes and communication.

This Quality Policy is known and understood by our staff and will be periodically revised in order to be properly adapted.
